These blends of cotton/cashmere, viscose/elastane, cotton/silk and linen/elastane are the very DNA of the House. The collections also feature models in organic cotton, but the originality of the products goes even further, since not only are the blends of materials often pioneering, but most of the range is made in jersey.

Majestic Filatures has never compromised on quality, and has positioned itself as a responsible brand by manufacturing its products exclusively in Europe under exemplary conditions. With a long-standing partnership with a factory in Portugal, the company is committed to respecting the environment and the consumer.

The fabrics are washed and treated in compliance with European standards. The vegetable or pigment dyes do not use any chemical fixatives, so the products retain their natural appearance with an incomparably soft and comfortable feel. The finishes are also refined and top-of-the-range: Italian zips, real mother-of-pearl buttons, etc. At Majestic Filatures, we are proud to work with partner factories based in Europe, which have been certified by renowned labels. These certifications attest to our commitment to eco-responsible production. Our factories comply with strict standards of ethics, sustainability and environmental protection.

Seule exception à la fabrication européenne, le cachemire, qui lui est fabriqué en Mongolie. Pour ce faire, la Maison collabore avec une entreprise familiale choisie pour son travail traditionnel dans le respect des troupeaux et des gestes des peuples nomades. Ainsi, les chèvres sont uniquement brossées, la sélection des fils se fait à la main, les fils sont triés par couleurs puis soigneusement lavés à l’usine. Le tout se faisant à la sortie de l’hiver pour garantir un produit plus résistant et plus durable.

THE CACHEMIRE

Cashmere fibre is renowned for its insulating properties and softness, providing insulation from the cold while remaining lightweight.

It can be worn in both winter and summer. We choose our cashmere yarns with particular attention to the length and fineness of the fibres, which are the two hallmarks of a cashmere yarn.

COTTON

COTON SILK TOUCH

At Majestic Filatures, we have developed a unique knit: satiny, smooth and soft with high-quality cotton.

The ‘Silk Touch’ cotton has been developed with a tight knit, resulting in a shiny, lightweight knit.

DELUXE COTON

Deluxe Cotton, with its slightly fluffy feel, is a must-have for its softness and comfort.

ORGANIC COTTON

Produced from organic farming, our organic cotton is 100% natural. It is soft and pleasant to the touch, thanks to the absence of chemical pesticides and dyes. Its cultivation combines tradition, innovation and science for the benefit of the environment.

COTON MODAL

Modal is an eco-responsible fibre created from beechwood pulp. It is produced in an environmentally-friendly way, and its high strength makes it a durable material.

We mix it with cotton and a touch of elastane for added comfort and softness.

VISCOSE

Made from viscose, a material derived from wood fibres, this knitted fabric is finished with a little elastane to make it more supple and comfortable to move around in.viscose is a material similar to silk in its fluidity and also in its colour fastness, which means we can offer bright colours that won't fade in the wash. From the choice of yarns to the fine-tuning of the knitting, this knit is worked to achieve the softest touch.

LINEN

Linen is a natural material. It is an environmentally-friendly fabric, thermo-regulating, which makes it feel cooler in summer, and one of the most resistant textile fibres. The linen used at Majestic Filatures is produced exclusively in Europe.

RACCOON

Raccoon is a very soft natural fibre. As with the harvesting of any noble material, the raccoon is combed in a way that respects its well-being, and its main characteristics are lightness, strength and the fibre's undisputed thermal insulation properties. The resulting fabric is always soft to the touch.
